Bruce Fitzpatrick

Bruce is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. He advises private equity sponsors, founders and management teams across a range of corporate matters including growth equity investments, leveraged buyouts, consortium deals, bolt-on acquisitions, carve-outs, public-to-privates, secondaries transactions and management incentive plans.

Bruce has worked on transactions within the UK and cross-border throughout Europe in various industries – including the technology, healthcare and life sciences and financial and business services sectors.
