Jeanette Forgey is a Senior Manager, Attorney Management and Advancement based in the Boston office. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the assessment and elevation of attorneys globally at Goodwin. As part of the senior administrative support team for the Attorney Review Committee, Jeanette is responsible for ensuring all committee activities are organized, efficient and in compliance with established protocols. In addition, she supports the firm’s Partnership Committee liaising between the firm’s Business Units and the Partnership Committee, facilitating communication and sharing relevant assessment data.
Jeanette began her career in talent management in legal recruiting for a boutique intellectual property firm in Boston. She transitioned into a professional development role where she managed legal training initiatives, firmwide and practice group mentoring programs, performance evaluations and provided associate mentoring and coaching. Jeanette received a bachelor’s degree in English from Manhattanville College. She also received an MSW from Boston College’s Graduate School of Social Work.
