Liam Gaarder-Feingold

Liam Gaarder-Feingold is an associate in Goodwin’s Employment practice, where he defends clients in high-stakes employment disputes, including wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff matters involving, among others, alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblowing.

Liam represents clients in federal and state courts, before numerous federal and state agencies, and throughout arbitration proceedings. He also advises clients on a variety of employment issues, including hiring practices, terminations and separations, wage-and-hour policies, employee classification, administrative charges, and other issues arising under federal, state, and local employment laws.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2026, Liam practiced in San Francisco at a national employment law firm, where he handled employment issues for numerous clients across a variety of industries.
