Matthew Gallotto is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity and Global M&A groups. Matthew’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, representation of portfolio companies, and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries. He joined Goodwin as a law clerk in 2021 and as an associate in 2022.
