Ally Gao

Ally Gao is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group. Ally’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and general corporate matters for public and private companies and their investors.

In addition, she represents clients throughout the corporate life cycle, including startup and formation matters, venture capital financings and successful public and private exits.
