Her practice focuses on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fundraising and operation of various types of funds (private equity funds, real estate funds, debt funds, infrastructure funds, and funds of funds).
Faustia also advises investors regarding their investments in private investment funds.
Prior to joining Goodwin, she was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
