Nadine Gommel

Nadine Gommel has been a senior transaction lawyer in Goodwin’s Private Equity practice group since 2021. Her practice focuses on German and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with particular emphasis on private equity transactions and corporate law. Nadine has extensive experience advising clients on complex transactional matters and has previously worked at leading international law firms.

Nadine speaks fluent German, English and French.

Nadine’s recent experience includes:

• Advised Summit Partners on the sale of its shares in Elatec
• Triton on the sale of dogado to Cinven and OTPP

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Nadine worked as a transaction lawyer in the Frankfurt offices of Allen & Overy LLP and Weil, Gotshal and Menges LLP.
