Robert Greene is an associate in the Executive Compensation practice at Goodwin. He joined Goodwin in 2026.
Robert advises on the full range of equity incentive arrangements with a particular focus on the technology and life science sectors.
Robert has experience advising private and public companies on the equity incentive aspects of a wide range of corporate transactions, including private equity and venture capital investments and exits, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and reorganisations, and flotations.
Robert also advises companies on the design, implementation, and operation of equity incentive arrangements, from tax-approved plans and management incentive plans to employee benefit trusts and nominee arrangements.

- A European industrial investment company as co-lead investor on a Europe-based technology company’s $1.1 billion Series B financing round and $2 billion Series C funding round*
- BVNK on its acquisition by Mastercard for up to $1.8 billion*
- Genesys on its investment by Salesforce and ServiceNow for $1.5 billion*
- Korn Ferry on its agreement to acquire AMS for up to $1.1 billion
- Myricx Bio on its agreement to be acquired by Novartis for up to $1.5 billion
- Radian Group Inc. on its acquisition of Inigo Limited for $1.67 billion*
- Wexler on its acquisition by Legora
