Seth Greenstein is a partner in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group.
Seth focuses his practice primarily on mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, leveraged buyouts, growth equity financings, and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, software and business services, financial services, fintech, and consumer products and services. Seth also advises emerging and growth companies at all stages of maturity, including formation, initial funding, expansion, and exit. In addition, Seth counsels private companies and investors in tender offers, direct secondary transactions, and private liquidity programs.
