Alexander Hahn

Alexander Hahn is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. He focuses his practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance as well as out-of-court restructuring, representing banks, debt funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on different types of bank and bond financings.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2019, Mr. Hahn practiced in the finance and corporate departments at Nabarro & Hinge in Paris. He has also been a trainee in the restructuring department of Bredin Prat.

Mr. Hahn is fluent in English and French.
