Goodwin Advises LFPI on Its Majority Investment in I-Run

The Goodwin Paris Private Equity team advised LFPI on its majority investment in I-Run, a leading French retailer of running and athletics equipment, as part of a secondary buyout transaction.

Following this transaction, LFPI becomes the majority shareholder alongside the management team. Existing investors Geneo Capital Entrepreneur and Bpifrance have partially reinvested, while Eximium and MACSF have fully exited their holdings.
