Rob Intile, Jr. is counsel in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group. He concentrates his practice on representing emerging technology and life sciences companies from startup to IPO. Rob advises companies in early-stage formation and strategy, venture capital financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings of securities.
