Jasmine Jean-Louis is an Associate in Goodwin’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Government Contracts and Grants practice groups. She represents clients in government investigations, enforcement actions, and responses to subpoenas and other government inquiries from the DOJ, CFPB, FTC, and state attorneys general. She also defends clients in white collar investigations and litigation, and conducts internal investigations to assess compliance and address allegations of fraud and potential false claims. She also advises clients on transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters involving government contracts.

- Secured defense verdict in breach-of-contract lawsuit resulting in voluntarily dismissal of parallel qui tam action
- Defended financial institution in white collar litigation regarding its origination practices
- Conducted internal investigation of government contractor related to potential false claims
- Defended financial institution in concurrent enforcement actions separately brought by the CFPB and state regulatory agency
- Defended financial institution in litigation brought by the CFPB concerning reporting and disclosure practices
