Jeremy is an intellectual property litigation associate who focuses on patent litigation. His practice includes patent disputes in federal courts, at the International Trade Commission (ITC), and at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Jeremy leverages his prior experience as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office to represent clients in disputes across the technology, consumer products, electronics, software, and life sciences industries. Jeremy also has a pro bono practice that includes local housing disputes in the District of Columbia, access to accurate reproductive health laws, and decarbonization legislation.

- Represented a software company in a dispute involving claims and counterclaims of patent infringement and breach of contract, resolving the dispute favorably for the client.
- Represented a life sciences company in a patent infringement dispute regarding nasal irrigation devices, reaching a successful outcome.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Jeremy worked as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO for seven years. He also served as an intern to Judge Paul Friedman in the District Court for the District of Columbia in 2022.
