Jérôme Jouhanneaud, a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with a concentration on leveraged buyouts and private equity transactions.

His clients include French and international investments funds, corporate groups and their managers.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Jérôme was a partner at King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin) in Paris. Previously, he practiced at Clifford Chance and at Mignard, Teitgen, Grisoni & Associes.

Jérôme is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.

    • in the acquisition of Nedap France, the major player in distribution and integration of hardware and software high-end solutions to monitor physical access in French market
  • CAPZA Transition in the acquisition of a minority stake in Tevah Systèmes, a major player in the distribution of electronic security systems to professional installers
  • The founders of Dubbing Brothers, a leading French dubbing company, in their OBO
  • Exclusive Networks, France-based services and technologies (VAST) group:
    • in its initial public offering (IPO), listed on Euronext Paris and trade under the ticker code EXN
    • in the sale, along with Cobepa and other financial investors, of the group to the private equity fund Permira
