Vanessa Ju

Van (Vanessa) is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. Van represents public and private companies and investors throughout the full range of the corporate life cycle, including startup and formation matters, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions. During her first year, Van was on secondment at Goodwin client Toast. She joined Goodwin in 2024.

Van was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2023. While attending law school, Van worked part time at the Law Office of Chun T. Wright, was an editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review, and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
