Goodwin Advises Diffraqtion on Over $10 Million Pre-Seed Funding Round
The Technology team advised Diffraqtion on an additional pre-seed funding round, bringing the company’s total funding to over $10 million, with the additional funding led by Lockheed Martin Ventures and Presidio Ventures. Goodwin’s Global Trade team advised on critical matters related to national security and government contracting. The new capital will support development and fabrication of Diffraqtion’s quantum sensors, as well as expanding the team with additional hires.
Diffraqtion is a space startup building the world’s first quantum camera powering the largest ultra-high-resolution imaging satellite network. Combining quantum photonics and AI, Diffraqtion enables machines to see further and think faster, advancing space exploration, defense, and intelligent systems worldwide.
The Goodwin team was led by William Schnoor, Jason Goldfarb, Liza Craig, Candi Alfred, Justin Pierce, Peter Rodas, and Van Ju.
