Jordan is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. Jordan represents public and private companies and investors throughout the full range of the corporate life cycle, including startup and formation matters, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions. During her first year, Jordan was on secondment at Goodwin client HubSpot. She joined Goodwin in 2024.
Jordan was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2023. While attending law school, Jordan participated in the Civil Rights Clinic, was an editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law, and served on the executive board of the Black Law Students Association.
