Ria King

Ria King (nee Pascual) is counsel in the firm’s Technology group where she advises emerging growth companies and venture capital firms in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formations, equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and structuring and executing secondary sales for private companies and their investors.

Prior to rejoining Goodwin in 2023, Ria served as Associate General Counsel of Venture Capital and Growth Equity for StepStone Group, a global private markets firm with $143 billion in AUM. She originally joined Goodwin in 2016.

Outside of Goodwin, Ria has served on the Board of Governors of the Philippine American Bar Association of Los Angeles since 2019.
