Christina is an associate in the Antitrust practice at Goodwin, having joined the firm in 2025. She advises clients on all aspects of European competition law. Christina has experience in merger control cases, including phase 2 investigations that involved remedies as well as multijurisdictional mergers in the digital and online platform sectors. Christina has represented clients before the European Commission in complex abuse of dominance cases acting on behalf of both the complainant and the defendant. She has also been involved in litigation cases before the EU Court. Her practice includes advising on regulatory compliance under the Digital Markets Act and the Digital Services Act as well as on a broad variety of business practices such as distribution agreements and compliance issues in the manufacturing and tech sectors. Prior to joining Goodwin, Christina worked at another leading US law firm based in Brussels.
Experience/Representative Matters
- Slack Technologies/Salesforce: Represented the company in its Complaint against Microsoft’s tying of its communication and collaboration product Teams to its popular productivity applications included in its suites for businesses Office 365 and Microsoft 365, before the European Commission, sustained by Salesforce after Slack’s acquisition in 2021 (Case AT.40873).*
- eBay: Advised eBay on the competition and merger clearance issues relating to the sale of its secondary ticketing platform, StubHub, to viagogo for $4.05 billion.*
- Corning: Represented the company in respect of the European Commission investigation into its alleged exclusivity supply arrangements and rebates with mobile phone manufacturers and with companies that process raw glass for its cover glass for electronic devices (Case AT.40728).*
- StubHub/viagago: Successfully advised StubHub in relation to the Phase II Competition and Markets Authority inquiry into its acquisition by viagogo.*
- WebGroup Czech Republic: Advised the owner of a Very Large Online Platform in appealing the applicability of certain obligations imposed upon it by the Digital Services Acts before the EU Courts and its dealings with DG CNECT (Cases T-139/24 and C-620/24 P(R)).*
- Salesforce/Slack: Advised Slack in its 27.7 bn USD acquisition by Salesforce.*
- Multinational logistics company: Advised and successfully represented in related arbitration proceedings the company in respect of competition law matters arising in the context of their commercial relationship with a Member State for the exploitation of key infrastructure.*
- NKL Associates: Represented the company before the European Commission regarding compliance with the Digital Services Act and advised on related litigation proceedings before the General Court (Cases T-486/24 and C-188/24).*
- Online marketplace/platform: Antitrust advice from an EU competition law perspective to a corporation subject to an antitrust investigation by the Korean Competition Authority for an alleged abuse of dominance.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Christina practiced at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP in Brussels where she advised on European competition law and litigation matters. She previously worked at a prominent law firm in Athens, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Christina has also worked at the Hellenic Parliament’s Directorate General for Legislative Affairs.
