Natalia Kubik

Ms. Kubik concentrates her practice on asset management work, with a focus on the structuring and offering of private equity funds, and other alternative investment structures. She has advised fund sponsors pursuing a wide range of investment strategies, including private equity/buyout, venture capital, credit, debt and infrastructure. Ms. Kubik has counselled clients on private placements, GP-led restructurings, setting up funds-of-one as well as investments in private equity products.  Her experience includes a secondment with Neuberger Berman where she advised the client on their various fundraising projects

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Ms. Kubik worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York and London.
