Hayden Kursh

Hayden Kursh is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. Her practice focuses on buyout and investment transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs and carve-outs, restructurings and recapitalizations, financings and other corporate matters. 

Hayden is barred in Texas only; her work is supervised by California-admitted partners at Goodwin. 

Hayden’s recent representations include:

• CapVest Partners in its investments in Prestone Products, Noosa Yoghurt, Raymundos, and Fresh Cravings*
• Warburg Pincus in its investment in Service Compression*
• ASG in connection with its sale of WorkSpace*
• Haddington Ventures in the sale of its majority stake in ACES Delta*
• Peoria Resources in its partnership with JAPEX (U.S. Corp)* 
• A French Shipping Company in its acquisition of the GCT Bayonne and New York terminals from Global Container Terminals, Inc. (GCT)*
• The CapStreet Group in connection with its sale of Thorpe Specialty Services*
• The Sterling Group in its acquisition of the pavement marking contracting operations of Ozark Striping Company, LLC*
