Austin Lee

Austin Lee is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and Shareholder Activism and Takeover Defense practice. Austin focuses his practice on advising companies on shareholder activism campaigns and preparedness, proxy fights, strategic investor relations, M&A, and corporate governance matters. Austin also has experience advising and representing issuers, underwriters, and investors in capital markets matters and other strategic transactions. Austin joined Goodwin in 2026.

Austin’s application to the DC bar is pending; his work is supervised by DC-admitted lawyers at Goodwin.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Austin practiced at Sidley Austin LLP and Baker Botts L.L.P.
