Gabriel Lee

Gabriel Lee is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and Private Equity group. Mr. Lee has experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, early and late-stage venture capital and growth equity investments, corporate finance transactions, and general corporate and compliance matters. He has completed secondments with leading Asia-based private equity firms.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Lee was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He also serves as a member of the Pro Bono Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
