Gabriel Lee

Gabriel Lee is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and Private Equity group. Mr. Lee has experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, early and late-stage venture capital and growth equity investments, corporate finance transactions, and general corporate and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Lee was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
