Xavier Leroux is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups.
He focuses on venture capital and growth equity transactions in particular in the technology industry.
He assists the start-ups and scale-ups in the long-term throughout the corporate life cycle, from incorporation to exit, in their day-to-day structuring as well as in their capital financing and external growth operations.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2023, Xavier was a partner at Bird & Bird and previously worked at Dechert.
