Rebecca Lock
A partner in Goodwin’s Real Estate and Investment Funds and Capital groups, Becca Lock focuses on structuring, negotiating, and forming real estate funds and their management companies and advises on related matters. She has represented numerous global real estate and other private equity fund sponsors in establishing open-end and closed-end investment funds, vehicles, and other accounts, including programmatic joint ventures and co-investment deals, with a broad range of investment strategies.
Becca has served as legal counsel on a wide range of complex matters in the private equity space, including extraordinary events involving real estate funds and their sponsors, such as high-stakes “key person” events, strategic investments in fund sponsors and minority stake sales, seed capital and anchor investor arrangements, and other significant matters and transactions.
