Elliot Luke is an associate in Goodwin’s Antitrust and Competition practice in London. Elliot advises on a wide range of competition law issues, including EU, UK and international merger control and foreign direct investment filings, as well as competition and antitrust compliance. He also has experience in connection with intellectual property and data protection matters, such as compliance with the EU data protection (GDPR), and privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulations.

- iRobot Corporation in its proposed acquisition by Amazon.com, Inc. for approximately $1.7 billion
- TA Associates in connection with the equity and debt financing of their strategic growth investment in Agilio Software
- Thoma Bravo and its portfolio company Flexera in the acquisition of IT asset management firm Snow Software
- The Telegraph Media Group in connection with the public interest review of its proposed acquisition by Redbird IMI
- Providing GDPR compliance advice to a number of clients including: healthcare providers, SaaS companies, fund managers, and charities
