Tal Maman

Tal Maman is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group, specializing in Growth Equity investments. Ms. Maman’s practice focuses on growth equity investments, venture capital financings and M&A transactions, as well as general corporate matters. She joined the firm in 2021.

Ms. Maman is admitted to practice in Israel only; her application to the New York bar is pending. She is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Maman worked as a Foreign Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York, and as a corporate associate for the Israeli law firm Naschitz Brandes Amir in Tel Aviv. Prior to her studies at Tel Aviv University, Ms. Maman served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces.
