Mina Matsumoto

Mina Matsumoto is an associate in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property and Strategic Transactions group. Mina focuses her practice on advising private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and other strategic transactions. Mina also counsels clients on technology, intellectual property, and other commercial matters. She joined Goodwin in 2026. Mina is admitted to practice in California and Washington only; her application to the Massachusetts bar is pending. She is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mina was an associate at Fenwick & West and Onchain Advisors.
