Griffin McCloskey is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences groups. He specializes in all areas of corporate and securities laws, with a primary focus on advising emerging-growth technology companies. Mr. McCloskey joined Goodwin in 2020.
Experience
Mr. McCloskey focuses on advising emerging companies in a broad range of sectors, including services and fintech, healthcare, biotechnology, cybersecurity, real estate and prop-tech, marketing and sales automation, and e-commerce. He routinely represents fast-growing ventures as their outside general counsel on a wide variety of matters, from entity formation and corporate governance to debt and equity financings and M&A exit events. Mr. McCloskey also guides venture capital and private equity funds in connection with fund formation and new investments.
