Kaitlin Moroney

Kaitlin Moroney is the Attorney Development Manager responsible for staffing junior and mid-level litigation associates as well as litigation paralegals and case assistants in the Boston office. She monitors workloads, professional development, and performance evaluations. Ms. Moroney also advises and supports the Boston Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity and the Boston PRIDE group, and works on firm-wide initiatives designed to enhance attorney development, engagement, and retention. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Ms. Moroney practiced as a litigation associate at Cetrulo LLP.
