Trey O’Callaghan is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology group. Trey focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and representing start-up and later-stage companies throughout their corporate life cycle. Trey also represents private equity funds, venture capital funds and public companies in a variety of technology-driven industries.
