Trey O’Callaghan is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology group. Trey focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and representing start-up and later-stage companies throughout their corporate life cycle. Trey also represents private equity funds, venture capital funds and public companies in a variety of technology-driven industries.
Trey is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

While attending law school, Trey served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ajit Pai, a Member of the Federal Communications Commission. Trey has been involved in various pro bono matters, including working with clients of the Georgia Justice Project.
