Victoria Pegrum is a partner of Goodwin Procter (UK) LLP and serves as Assistant General counsel, providing the firm with legal, regulatory, compliance and risk management advice. This includes advising on all aspects of professional ethics and practice, the application of international legislation, such as anti-bribery and corruption laws and anti-money laundering legislation, as well as other legal matters affecting the firm. Ms. Pegrum has particular responsibility for Goodwin’s offices in Europe and Asia, reporting to the firm’s global General Counsel and to firm management.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2013, Ms. Pegrum was part of the risk management team at an international law firm headquartered in London, having previously practiced as a finance lawyer.
