Deanna Petion

Deanna is an associate in the firm's Business Law department. Deanna represents private companies, private equity sponsors, and investors in debt financing transactions, including leveraged financings, acquisition financings, and refinancings, as well as mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate matters. During her first year, Deanna was on secondment at Goodwin client Paradigm Oral Health. She joined Goodwin in 2024.

Deanna was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2023. While attending law school, Deanna served on the executive board of Boston College's Black Law Students Association.
