Alex Reda

Alex Reda is an associate in the Private Investment Funds practice in Goodwin’s New York office.

Alex advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring, establishment and management of private investment funds across a number of asset classes, with a particular focus on private equity and hedge funds. He works for a variety of both experienced and first-time fund managers, utilizing different partnership and corporate structures in a range of jurisdictions. He also acts on behalf of leading investors for their investments into a range of mega-funds.

Alex is admitted in England & Wales and in California only; his application to the New York bar is pending and his work is supervised by New York admitted lawyers at Goodwin.
