Bregal Sagemount Announces Final Close for Fourth Private Equity Fund at Hard Cap

The Private Investment Funds team advised Bregal Sagemount in connection with the formation of Bregal Sagemount Fund IV, which hit its hard cap of $2.5 billion, 66% larger than its prior fund.
