Elizabeth Rhodes is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences group. Ms. Rhodes advises investors (both institutional and strategic) and companies on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on venture capital and M&A transactions in the technology and life sciences sectors.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Rhodes was senior counsel at Taylor Wessing LLP.
