Steven Robles is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Investments Funds practice. Steven’s practice focuses on the formation, structuring, marketing, management and regulatory compliance of private investment funds, as well as the operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by their sponsors. In addition, Steven counsels fund sponsors on internal economic and governance matters, including succession planning and separation arrangements. Steven also has experience advising fund sponsors and investors in connection with secondaries, liquidity solutions transactions and other firm- and fund-level strategic transactions.
