Daphnée Rübcke is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group.
Her practice focuses on private equity transactions as well as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
She advises investment funds, industrial companies and management teams on private equity and M&A transactions, and more generally on corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Daphnée practiced at leading international law firms in Paris.
