Travis Salters is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. He joined the firm in 2023.
Experience
Travis was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2022. While attending law school, he was a summer fellow for the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. Additionally, he was co-President of the Black Law Student Association, as well as President of the Boston College Impact Blog, which provided insight into the student experience at the law school.

Professional Experience
Prior to law school, Travis taught high school literature through Teach For America in Atlanta, Georgia. While teaching, he co-founded the nonprofit, Next Generation Men and Women, which provides Atlanta youth with regular exposure to career pathways, professionals, work environments and personalized support in the form of Teachers and College Mentors. His career in education continued while helping to build out the community engagement program for Purpose Built Schools Atlanta.
