Goodwin Advises Battery Ventures on Phigenics Investment
The Private Equity team advised Battery Ventures in its majority growth investment in Phigenics, whose end-to-end, water-management system is designed to help facilities prevent disease outbreaks. The partnership is intended to position Phigenics for continued growth through increased investment in new and existing products, as well as expansion into new markets.
