Nethya Sea

Nethya Sea is an associate in the Life Sciences group at Goodwin. She started at the firm in 2026.

Nethya advises emerging growth companies and venture capital investors across a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on the life sciences and technology sectors. Her experience spans all stages of the corporate life cycle, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Nethya was a trainee solicitor at Cameron McKenna Nabarro LLP.
