Darin See is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology group. Mr. See specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies, venture capital firms and private equity investment funds. Mr. See’s work with companies spans the entire corporate life cycle, including strategic decisions and coaching prior to incorporation, prospective investor introductions, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, employment matters, commercial contracts, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. See represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, blockchain, and healthcare technology industries, as well as a number of leading incubators, seed funds and venture capital firms.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2019, Mr. See was an associate in the Corporate and Securities groups at Gunderson Dettmer in Silicon Valley, and Wilson Sonsini in Silicon Valley. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. See designed and built web-based systems for large-scale organizations, including Camping World and Institutional Investor.
