Shiven Shah

Shiven Shah is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. Shiven’s practice is devoted primarily to mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He also represents public and private companies on transactions and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries, including technology and software, healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, food and beverage, and financial services.

• Represented a private equity-backed infrastructure solutions company in a carve-out asset sale of one of its subsidiaries to a private equity portfolio company*
• Represented a private equity portfolio company in a carve-out asset sale of one of its business lines to a strategic company based in Germany*
• Represented a private equity portfolio company, an inventory management SaaS platform, in multiple add-on acquisitions*
• Represented a global professional sound reinforcement and live touring production support company in multiple acquisitions*
• Represented a private equity portfolio company in a stock acquisition of one of the leading producers of phosphorus pentasulfide in North America from a publicly traded Canadian company*
• Represented a private equity firm in a platform acquisition of a civil construction company from a private equity portfolio company*
• Represented a private equity portfolio company, one of the nation’s largest providers of roadway safety services, in multiple acquisitions of road-safety companies*
• Represented a publicly traded UK company in multiple asset acquisitions for its events platform*
