Pavel Shaitanoff is a partner in the firm’s Private Equity group. He advises private equity and corporate strategic clients on public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, tender offers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, co-investments and general corporate matters. He also assists private equity funds with the purchase, ongoing representation and sale of portfolio companies. Mr. Shaitanoff has extensive transactional and deal experience representing clients investing in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, financial services, and real estate.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Shaitanoff was most recently of counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice groups at Gibson Dunn in New York. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he was an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel.
