Saya Sharma

Saya Sharma is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and member of its Private Equity group. Saya advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on private equity and private M&A transactions. Her experience includes advising private equity sponsors on mid-market buy-outs and investments, structured equity investments, distressed investments, management incentive plans and advising on private M&A acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.

Saya joined Goodwin in 2021.
