Derek Shoffner joined Goodwin as a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. In this position, he is responsible for partnering with leadership and staff to provide strategic Human Resources support with a focus on key Human Resources initiatives that include performance management, talent management, and employee engagement.
Derek joined Goodwin in 2022. He has over 20 years of Human Resources experience in leadership positions, and has been responsible for all disciplines of the Human Resources function.
