Katie Maxwell Siatti is counsel in Goodwin’s Technology & Life Sciences group. Katie’s practice focuses on advising emerging growth companies in the technology and life sciences industries at every stage of their corporate lifecycle. She works with clients on a wide variety of matters, including company formation, corporate governance, venture capital and growth equity financings, secondary transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other strategic transactions. She also regularly represents venture capital funds and other strategic investors in financing transactions from seed through growth stage. She joined Goodwin in 2016.
