Joe Siegelbaum, a retired partner of Goodwin, served as of counsel in the firm's Business Law Department and represented clients in the purchases and sales of publicly traded and privately held businesses. He has extensive experience with the preparation of corporate documents and agreements, private placements and venture capital transactions. In addition to practicing corporate law, Mr. Siegelbaum also represented numerous computer software companies and purchasers of computer systems.

Mr. Siegelbaum currently serves as President of the greater New York Division of the March of Dimes.

Before joining Goodwin, Mr. Siegelbaum was a founding partner at Friedman Siegelbaum LLP in Roseland, New Jersey, where he headed that firm’s Corporate & Tax Group.
