Niresh Sri Rajkumar

Niresh Sri Rajkumar is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Investment Funds and Real Estate industry groups, having joined the firm in August 2021.

Niresh’s practice focuses on representing investment managers on the structuring, fundraising and ongoing operation of onshore and offshore funds, with a particular focus on real estate, infrastructure and private equity asset classes. Niresh advises both experienced and first-time managers, and has advised a number of institutional investors on investments into these structures.

• BGO on the fundraising and final close of the firm’s Europe IV Value Add Strategy, the fourth in the series of value-add and opportunistic investments focused in Europe, which has raised €1.98 billion in aggregate capital, including €1.46 billion for the fund and €520 million in co-investment capital.
• Cubera Private Equity on the structuring and fundraising of its latest fund, Cubera X which raised over €800 million each being the largest ever Nordic secondaries fund at their respective points in time.
• NREP, Urban Partners’ Northern European real estate business, on its closing of its NREP Nordic Strategies Fund V which has raised in excess of €3.6 billion.
• NREP, Urban Partners’ Northern European real estate business, on the establishment and fundraising of their open-ended core/core-plus real estate fund, which has raised in excess of €1.8 billion.
• Ares Management on the establishment of various real estate co-investment vehicles.
